It's a little confronting handing over your $40k car to complete stranger for $800 cash, even when you have all the paperwork in order, have met the driver and they seem like a decent person. I have had nothing but great experiences in leasing my car through Drive My Car. The drivers were honest, reliable, respectful and trustworthy. My car was always returned in the same condition and with a full tank of fuel. Something you'd expect but more than appreciated when done. I wouldn't hesitate in using this website again - it's a great idea and it works.

I moved to Melbourne for a new job. I didn't have a car. I worked out that the I was spending 6 hours per week on public transport and that the cost of my weekly transport pass and taxis fares combined was around $150. I wanted to buy a car, but didn't want the hassle of having to get car rego, insurance and finance and then be committed to pay it off, especially if the job didn't work out. So I registered as a Driver on www.drivemycar.net,.au and found a really nice Black BMW available Mon- Fri for $250 per week. I use it to get around for work, I can use it when i go out, its perfect. I pick it up Monday drop it off on Friday. I can claim the whole cost as a business expense! - Plus the car looks great!!!
